Frequently asked questions
How fast will I get my removal quote?
The same day, usually much sooner. Enquiries are answered personally 24 hours a day, and one reviewer had a reply within the hour of sending her enquiry. If your dates are tight, say so and it gets treated that way.
Can I get a quote by sending a walk-around video?
Yes, and it is the easiest way to get a fast price. Walk through your rooms, garage and loft on your phone, telling us what is moving, and send the video to us on WhatsApp at 07544 466094. We can usually price the job from that, with no survey visit to arrange, and come back the same day with a proper, written quote.
Do you need to do a viewing before quoting?
Usually not. The easiest route is the walk-around video above: most moves can be priced straight from it. For a bigger or trickier move we are happy to come and look in person, which is how one family moving from outside the area weighed up their options. Either way, the aim is to get the price right first time.
What does the quote include?
It is written down and spelled out: the vans, the number of movers, and anything agreed on top such as packing, storage or waiting time on delayed keys. You know who and what is coming before you say yes.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes: NHS staff, ex-forces, Blue Light Card holders and students all get money off. Mention which applies when you fill in the form or call, and it is in the quote from the start.
What if I do not have a completion date yet?
Normal, and not a problem. Tell us the likely window and we will pencil the job in; when the date lands we fit you in around it. Sudden completion dates are something we deal with every week.
